On August 15th, the Mid Year Sprint Award and Mid Year Summary Conference of Shandong Hightop Group, with the theme of "Concentrate and overcome difficulties, seize the opportunity to win the whole year", was held grandly at the group headquarters. The meeting comprehensively summarized the work achievements in the first half of the year, scientifically deployed the key tasks in the second half of the year, and commended exemplary individual with outstanding achievements. Shandong Hightop Group's various business segments achieved breakthrough and structurally important progress in the first half of 2025. The foreign trade group, through precise identification of key global markets and deep cultivation of high-potential regions, realized solid growth in its core business, achieving significant increases in both customer volume and order conversion efficiency. Mingke Group accelerated the enhancement of new customer performance by improving customer lifecycle management and strengthening operational data analysis, enabling a more accurate marketing approach.

At the same time, the cross-border retail division leveraged a multi-platform, diversified layout, which effectively drove the growth of sales volume and gross profit levels. The domestic trade group maintained stable expansion through continuous channel development, refined customer management, and the optimization of sales processes. Meanwhile, the production department achieved marked improvements in quality control, R&D innovation, and delivery capabilities, contributing to higher production efficiency and more stable supply chain performance.

The synergy across customer development, channel optimization, intelligent manufacturing advancement, and product innovation has laid a solid foundation for the Group’s strategy in the second half of the year. Following the mid-year summary, the Group held a grand and inspiring "Mid Year Sprint Award" ceremony to recognize employees who delivered exceptional performance in the June sprint. A total of 200,000 yuan in cash and product rewards were issued, including 100,000 yuan in direct cash rewards. Individual incentive rewards ranged from 10,000 to 2,000 yuan, covering 29 business elites across various divisions. Additionally, product rewards exceeding 100,000 yuan were distributed to 42 outstanding team members.

After the award ceremony, Hightop Group conducted a comprehensive two-day mid-year work report meeting. On the first day, department managers from each business unit conducted detailed work reports. They formulated clear action plans aligned with the Group’s goals for the second half of the year and held in-depth discussions on strategic issues such as market development, team capacity building, digital operations, and product optimization.

On the second day, a commissioner-level work report brought frontline business representatives to the stage. Through case sharing and scenario-based discussions, they analyzed real-world challenges encountered in business processes and proposed practical and innovative solutions.
