Construction of Home Warehousing and Logistics Centers

Share:

In an emerging residential area in Ohio, an innovative project that integrates home warehousing and regional logistics functions needs to be efficiently developed within limited land. The project covers an area of 300000 square feet and requires completion of all work from site leveling to infrastructure construction. We have configured a specialized construction unit consisting of 4 Hightop HT360W loaders and 2 HT-JSY700A rollers for this purpose.

Faced with complex construction conditions, these devices have demonstrated excellent collaborative capabilities. The loader is not only responsible for large-scale material transportation and site cleaning, but also undertakes the tasks of precise stacking and site leveling by quickly changing different attachments; The roller uses an intelligent compaction system to ensure that the foundation density in each area strictly meets the design requirements. During the construction period, we monitored the real-time operation status of the equipment through a remote monitoring system, achieving preventive maintenance and precise scheduling.

The final project was successfully completed, and the project manager summarized it as follows: "This equipment combination maintained a 98% attendance rate under continuous high-intensity operations. Its reliability and efficiency provided us with strong guarantees for dealing with complex construction scenarios, especially in the case of limited land use, and still maintained excellent project progress.
