In a residential construction project near Stockholm, Sweden, the owner plans to build a house and renovate the courtyard while preserving the surrounding native trees. The project faces strict environmental protection requirements and limited workspace. We provide 2 Hightop HT20 pure electric micro excavators and 1 Hightop HT530T electric skid steer loader. These compact devices are designed specifically for Nordic climates, equipped with low-temperature battery packs and antifreeze hydraulic systems to ensure stable operation in -15 ℃ environments.
During the construction process, electric equipment achieved zero emissions and low-noise operation, allowing for precise construction at a distance of only 1.5 meters from the preserved trees during the day without damaging the roots. Micro excavators complete tasks such as foundation excavation and septic tank installation, while skid steer loaders are responsible for transporting materials for courtyard landscaping and site leveling. Through refined construction, the project was successfully completed within the scheduled time frame, reducing energy consumption by 42% compared to traditional equipment. Additionally, since there is no need to consider exhaust emissions, there is no need for additional ventilation measures when working in confined spaces.
